A sustainable & rustic oasis
Set amongst beautiful eucalypts, this design brings an oasis feel to the countryside surrounding this family farmhouse.
The brief:

Drought resistant
Native species were used (many of which are locally occurring), offering lovely silver, grey & green foliages and reducing water consumption & maintenance.

Cool & calming
The design features water spilling over a concrete plunge pool, into a newly formed creek bed, under a recycled sleeper bridge, onto an existing dam, reticulating back to the plunge pool.

Create a sanctuary
The main driveway was isolated from the home garden to create a relaxed, protected & private retreat enjoyed by the family & friends, whilst maintaining linkage with the site’s magical natural backdrop.
